Murals: Indoors

  • Commissioned by the law firm Foley Hoag, AFH created the exhibition The Art of Change—a series of five 4'x5' paintings, created in dialogue with Foley Hoag's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee. Works depict seminal social and literary activists whose commitments mirrored the clients' legal efforts on behalf of those striving for a more equitable society. Accompanied by a graphic installation, the commissioned paintings are exhibited along a prominent hallway at the entrance to the law firm. The inclusion of a video of the exhibition's making created by our Video Production Studio extends both the reach and the story of the partnership.

  • In partnership with Boston Private Bank & Trust Company, AFH designed and executed a large-scale mural on a prominent wall in the lobby of the Bank’s new Boston branch, located in the converted Panera Bread at 450 Boylston Street. Visible to passersby, the mural reflects the value of community—showcasing people and places in the Back Bay, with a series of  “Polaroid photos” emerging from the background. AFH is also delivering a 60-90 second ‘making of’ video demonstrating the process and positive impact resulting from AFH Teen participation.
