AFH Open Studio "Never Forever" March 29 2023

Please join us on March 29 from 5-7pm for a very special Open Studio and exhibition opening reception. Never Forever honors the life and work of Gregory Maxim Burdett (MRNVR), a celebrated multimedia artist, former Director of AFH's Video & Motion Design Studio, and a beloved member of the AFH family and artist community at large. The AFH gallery will be filled with Greg’s vibrant energy, attitude, and wit and guests will get an up close look at the prolific body of work he created during his lifetime.

Greg made a name for himself in graffiti writing, painting, illustration, graphic design, film, and music. Greg co-founded Project SF, a Boston/NYC based mixed media artist collective that has since expanded globally. After recently completing his MFA at Emerson College, Greg had begun a promising career in the film industry, having joined the New England Union of Studio Mechanics and working on several feature films.

Join us for art, laughter and dancing as we remember our dear friend and the impact he made on everyone he touched. Never Forever will run from March 29 through May 22.

In Memory of Gregory Burdett '05 Scholarship Fund at MassArt

We are also happy to share that a scholarship program has been established in Gregory’s name at Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston. The fund goal is $25,000 to award to a deserving student. If so moved, please consider a donation of any amount to help preserve Gregory's legacy! If not already pre-selected, please click "In Memory of Gregory Burdett '05" from the drop down menu under Choose What To Support.

And as always, come and experience the true magic of AFH as you tour through our creative studios, get a behind-the-scenes look at current projects, and meet-and-greet AFH teen artists/designers and staff. There are worthy conversations to be made and opportunity to purchase our teens' inspired art.

See you soon!
